dlm design is proudly led by the experienced and talented architect, Lance Muscara. For over 30 years, he has had a breadth of experience in the institutional, healthcare, commercial, facilities management, and education sectors.  

Lance has focused on Project Management and Project Development throughout his career, providing creative and effective solutions to meet the needs of the projects in alignment with business and financial objectives, focused on maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Driven by a holistic approach, Lance successfully applies the vision for projects with functionality, compliance, psychological effects of the environment, and beauty resulting in facilities that make a strategic and powerful impact. In addition to Lance’s primary job functions, he has been recognized as a skilled craftsman, with a coffee table design featured in American Woodworker Magazine. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute of Troy, NY, is a Registered Architect, and a WELL Accredited Professional.
